About this course
Build a full-stack app on AWS with Kiro, the AI development environment AWS names as the successor to the Amazon Q Developer editor plugins (closed to new sign-ups since 15 May 2026, supported until 30 April 2027), and Amazon Bedrock. Learn where Amazon Q still helps, in the AWS console, then build a full-stack app the spec-driven way: Kiro specs, steering files and hooks; a PostgreSQL schema, an Express API and a React screen with Axios, with Angular, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core and FastAPI equivalents; a checked Amazon Bedrock call; tests, a keyless deployment pipeline to AWS, and a team rollout. The lab runs on Kiro’s free plan. Every code file, prompt and the lab script are in the source code pack: https://pub-40758ffa94b14ed994e38c2a35b7f092.r2.dev/courses/aws-ai-suite-kiro-and-bedrock/source-code.zip
